Le Ministère du Patrimoine canadien soutient Exeko

Nous tenons à remercier le gouvernement du Canada qui, via le Ministère du Patrimoine canadien et les programmes « Les jeunes s’engagent » et « Initiatives des langues autochtones », apporte son soutien à notre mission Exeko.

Grâce au programme « Les jeunes s’engagent », qui vise à renforcer le sentiment d’appartenance des jeunes au Canada par le biais de l’engagement, nous avons d’ores et déjà pu développer en 2017 deux projets en communautés autochtones, à Opitciwan et Mingan. Cela a permis de rejoindre une vingtaine de participant.e.s et de développer plusieurs ateliers leur permettant de s’émanciper intellectuellement et d’être sensibilisé à la participation citoyenne. De plus, ce soutien nous a permis de rejoindre les jeunes de Boulot Vers, une entreprise d’insertion dans la société et sur le marché du travail de personnes agê.e.s de 16 à 25 ans. Des ateliers de médiation intellectuelle autour des sophismes et de l’égalité ont été réalisés avec eux et elles.

Par le biais du programme « Initiatives des langues autochtones », ce sont cinq projets en communautés autochtones qui vont être réalisés d’ici à la fin de l’année 2018, dans le but de permettre à chaque participant.e de se réapproprier sa langue et de la revitaliser dans les communautés rejointes.
