Spectacle des jeunes: J-3 !

La 2ème et dernière semaine est déjà bien entamée à Garden Hill. Plus que 3 jours avant le spectacle de clôture des jeunes, et une atmosphère baignée d'excitation règne sur cette petite communauté du Manitoba. L'équipe est entrée dans la préparation concrète du spectacle: création d'éléments de costumes, mise en place des décors, trames sonores, chorégraphies et éclairage ... Les jeunes choisissent leur personnage. Alors qu'ils prennent conscience qu'ils vont monter sur scène (pour la première fois pour la plupart) dans quelques jours, notre petit groupe est toujours aussi soudé et motivé!

La relation avec l'école est toujours aussi bonne et un agréable climat collaboratif s'est instauré entre la direction et notre équipe, si bien que plusieurs professeurs et autres membres du personnels ont décidé d'embarquer dans l'aventure en mettant la main à la pâte!

 

 
Nous avons obtenu la permission de la direction et des professeurs pour avoir les jeunes toute la journée mercredi, jeudi et vendredi. Ces sessions de travail, plus longues, sont des plus précieuses dans la dernière ligne droite. Plusieurs d'entre eux restent même avec nous après l'école pour poursuivre le travail!
 
Une répétition générale devant "public" est prévue pour jeudi après-midi, puis nos jeunes présenteront leur spectacle vendredi matin devant l'école primaire, et vendredi après-midi devant l'école secondaire.

La communauté sera invitée à se joindre à cette dernière représentation. Des annonces sont prévues à la télévision et à la radio communautaire jeudi.
