L'enfant qui avait des poux : plus de 600 spectacteurs!

Durant la deuxième semaine d'ateliers, les jeunes du groupe Trickster@Nutashkuan découvrent de nouvelles techniques de cirque et travaillent leurs talents en théâtre avec nos artiste-intervenants Cyril Assathiany et Emmanuel Cyr. On sent qu'ils sont fébriles et excités à l'idée de présenter un spectacle!

Entre temps, les jeunes du secondaire 2 et 3 se rassemblent avec la professeure d'art, Marie-Ève Gagnon pour créer les décors et la toile de fond. Le résultat est remarquable!

Plus que deux jours avant le spectacle et le groupe Trickster répète toutes les scènes de la pièce de théâtre! La narration du conte sera présentée en innu et en français. Le spectacle est basé sur un conte traditionnel bien connu par la communauté : ''L'enfant qui avait des poux''.

La veille du spectacle, en discutant avec le groupe, une participante nous partage ses impressions : ''On a appris à affronter nos peurs. Je n'aurai jamais pensé pouvoir faire ça un jour!''

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

C'est en trois temps que les talentueux jeunes du groupe Trickster@Nutashkuan ont présenté leur spectacle jeudi dernier.  Ils ont eu droit à un accueil chaleureux, une vague d'applaudissements et à des regards émerveillés de leurs premiers spectateurs ; des élèves du primaire et les touts petits du Centre de la petite enfance. Puis, en début d'après-midi, ils ont présenté leur spectacle devant les jeunes de l'École Roger-Martineau (située à Natashquan), puis, finalement devant toute la communauté.     Un public conquis! Plus de 600 personnes; enfants, amis et familles se sont joint au public! L’excitation et la nervosité des jeunes avant leur première apparition s’est transformée en fierté dès les premiers applaudissements!

Avant notre départ, la directrice de l'école, Estelle Kaltush me confie : ''On a vu les jeunes s'épanouir à travers ce projet. C'est absolument formidable!''
