L'alchimie de Gilles et Poli

Troisième rencontre pour Poli et Gilles. Un équilibre parfait s'est installé entre les deux artistes. Chacun a non seulement trouvé sa place mais faufile dorénavant son style et ses idées, alliant abstrait figuratif, et tendance naïve.

 

 

 

Les artistes ont d'abord finalisé leur peinture Poissons versus Oiseaux, se mettant d'accord pour faire ressortir les animaux en les ceinturant d'un léger contour noir à la graphite, plutôt que de charger encore l'oeuvre.
Gilles se souvient avec plaisir de cette technique de mise en valeur de l'objet.

Des mélanges de bleu, vert et cyan mettent au point la mer, ses vagues et le ciel avant que chacun des peintres signent cette première oeuvre commune.

À 45 min de la fin, Poli et Gilles sont motivés comme à leur habitude et s'apprêtent à attaquer une nouvelle toile. Le débat est lancé: jaune poussin, arbre, Noël... objections et délibérations finissent par amener les deux artistes vers leur premier essai sur papier.

 

 
Et c'est de ce tout premier jet que s'est construit l'histoire et les personnages de cette nouvelle toile, une mise en abîme tirée de la propre expérience de Poli et Gilles... Affaire à suivre!
