De vidéo en performance - la journée multidisciplinaire

Par Fanny Rigault Mercredi a eu lieu la journée multidisciplinaire de « D’un oeil different ».  De 11h à 20h, des activités et rencontres venues de tous les horizons artistiques se sont succédées, de la musique à la performance en live, en passant par la vidéo et enfin le théâtre.

 

 

 

À 11h, l’Ecomusée du fier monde a commencé à vibrer au son des percussions des Compagnons de Montréal. Adultes et adolescents ont mêlé tambours, djembés, tambourins et maracas sous la direction du percussionniste professionnel Daniel Bellegarde. En à peine une heure, les participants ont appris à suivre un rythme, jusqu’à accompagner les pas endiablés d’une danseuse. De simple atelier, l’activité s’est transformée en véritable show!
(c) Gaetan Nerincx Après la pause déjeuner, l’équipe de Sans Oublier le Sourire a invité les visiteurs à « sortir du cadre » : visite guidée par la gang SOS puis création collective de cadres et discussions sur la notion de limites et comment les dépasser.

A 15h30, nos artistes de Tandem créatif ont dévoilé leurs talents en live. Gianni Mastantuono et Frédéric Péloquin ont offert leur regard, au sens propre comme au figuré, lors d’une performance sans parole inspirée de The artist is present de Marina Abramovic (découvrez le Tandem Fred / Gianni en images sur notre flickr ) . Puis, accompagnés et inspirés par le saxophoniste Damien Nisenson, Gilles Grégoire et Poli Wilhelm ont montré leur complicité en peignant leur œuvre à quatre mains devant des visiteurs fascinés (découvrez Gilles et Poli en Tandem sur notre flickr ).

Pendant cette journée d’exploration de divers médiums artistiques, le cinéma était également présent. Une salle de projection installée pour la journée proposait de visionner quelque uns des films de CameraRoll productions. A 18h, Dan et Liam, les animateurs-réalisateurs sont venus présenter leur travail auprès de jeunes autistes. Leur objectif : donner à ces jeunes la possibilité et les moyens de s’exprimer grâce aux outils vidéos. Poésie, chansons, action, effets spéciaux et surtout beaucoup d’humour et de fantaisie ont emporté instantanément l’adhésion du public.

Enfin, l’Ecomusée du fier monde s’est transformé en théâtre le temps d’une soirée. La troupe Atout-Cœur a investi l’espace pour présenter leur pièce Montréal Est-ouest, une évocation touchante du handicap à travers la trajectoire d’un danseur de hip-hop qui perd l’usage de ses jambes après avoir été agressé par les membres de son gang. L’interaction entre comédiens et danseurs avec ou sans DITED s’est révélé e remarquablement touchante, complémentaire et porteuse de sens, questionnant à la fois les forces et fragilités des corps, leur présence sur scène et le sens même du théâtre.   "Montréal Est-Ouest", la pièce (c) Troupe Atout Coeur Une superbe édition de cette journée multidisciplinaire, affaire à suivre!
