Contagion positive dans les rangs bénévoles...!

Peut être dans les couloirs du 5445 avenue de Gaspé, dans les bureaux d'Exeko, entendrez vous parler de "contagion positive"... Cette expression, que nous utilisons pour désigner l'influence positive d'un être humain sur un autre, intellectuellement, culturellement, éthiquement... vient de prendre une fois de plus tout son sens...!
 
Vous rappelez vous d'Emma, pétillante Belge, à nos côtés depuis un an bientôt? Voilà que, sur son conseil, nous arrivent Nicolas, et Cécile, deux bénévoles que nous rangeons aussitôt dans notre boite à perles, petit tiroir des bénévoles présentant une compétence spécifique, qui nous prend agréablement de court et nous invite à leur créer une mission sur mesure...

Dans ses premiers échanges, Cécile m'avoue sa préférence pour un travail administratif, plutôt que terrain. Je pense à toutes ces fiches d'ateliers, tous ces questionnaires, noircis de précieux témoignages et citations. Mais lorsque vient le temps de notre première rencontre, je découvre, ébahie, que Cécile fait de l'audit interne, analyse, optimise, réfléchis les procédures. C'est décidé, je rentrerais les chiffres moi même, et la consulterais pour l'étape ultérieure! Chargées de projet, chargée de l'évaluation d'impact, Assistante de direction, les mails affluent pour demander si Cécile pourra les conseiller après...!
 
Une bonne nouvelle n'arrive jamais seule, alors quelques jours après, je rencontre Nicolas, le conjoint de Cécile. Graphiste, grapheur, artiste aux multiples talents, Nicolas intègre à son tour l'équipe d'Exeko. Sitôt rencontré, sitôt booké sur un atelier idAction. Nicolas est invité à Vitr'art, à un atelier "comment faire de nous des super héros??" animé par Claude et Marie Paule, médiatrices sur idAction. L'atelier visait à amener les participants à se questionner sur leurs caractéristiques ou facultés particulières. Un succès!

Magique! le regard des participants sur les dessin et l’excitation pour chacun d'avoir SON super héro était, ma foi, réjouissante. Un défi pour lui de dessiner en live des personnes qu'il ne connaissait pas, d'interpréter ce qu'il entend"
