Ça m'a donné le goût de faire partie de quelque chose de plus grand que moi

V. est un ancien détenu ayant participer au programme idAction. Il m'a donné l'autorisation de diffuser son email, puisque nous ne le dirons jamais assez personne ne parlera mieux de nos programmes que ceux à qui ils sont destinés. J'écris ce petit message pour vous dire que j'ai lu un peu sur Internet ce que vous faites et ça me touche beaucoup.

J'ai personnellement reçu des cours avec le programme idAction lorsque j'étais en prison en 2008. Je n'ai malheureusement pas pu finir le programme parce que j'ai été extradé vers les États-Unis par surprise alors que mes procédures étaient encore en cours.

Je dois vous dire que ces ateliers ont fait une différence pour moi. J'ai encore les yeux plein d'eau lorsque j'y repense. Une fois par semaine je pouvais avoir une rencontre avec quelque chose de beau, qui me redonnait l'espoir dans l'être humain.

Les années n'ont pas toujours été faciles mais la petite graine qu'Exeko a semé en moi avec ses ateliers m'a accompagné et a poussé. Ça m'a donné le goût de faire partie de quelque chose de plus grand que moi. Je savais que dehors il y avait des gens qui collaboraient pour faire un monde meilleur. En prison il faut faire attention pour ne pas devenir cynique.
