PRÉSENTATION DE L’ORGANISME

Exeko est un organisme d’innovation sociale, basé à Montréal depuis 2006. Nous utilisons la créativité – l'art et la philosophie –pour l'inclusion sociale des personnes en situation ou à risque d’exclusion. Notre approche reconnaît avant tout le potentiel de chacun à réfléchir, analyser, agir, créer et être partie prenante de la société, quels que soient sa situation ou son parcours : nous présumons l’égalité des intelligences. 

Nous employons à la fois des approches pratiques de médiation intellectuelle et culturelle, et des approches systémiques inspirées de l’innovation sociale, comme moteurs de transformation sociale, afin d’agir positivement sur la société, individuellement et collectivement : émancipation intellectuelle, prévention de l'exclusion (itinérance, crime, suicide, toxicomanie), participation citoyenne et culturelle, inter-reconnaissance, renforcement identitaire, persévérance scolaire, etc.

CONTEXTE

Les réalités entourant les populations autochtones en milieu urbain comme en communautés au Québec et au Canada sont parmi les enjeux prioritaires adressés par Exeko. C’est à ce titre que l’organisation a développé et déployé depuis 10 ans un ensemble de programmes et projets en milieu autochtone, soit plus 75 projets complétés dans 17 communautés majoritairement au Québec, 8 nations et plus de 3000 participant(e)s. Notre organisme souhaite profondément renforcer la participation autochtone à son leadership, ses actions et sa gouvernance. C’est à ce titre que nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un ou une nouvel(le) agent(e) de projet Autochtone, et que seules les candidatures Autochtones seront reçues.

DESCRIPTION

Veuillez noter que seules les candidatures de candidat.es autochtones admissibles à la subvention pour mesure d'employabilité de la Commission de développement des ressources humaines des Premières Nations du Québec (CDRHPNQ) seront acceptées.

Sous la supervision de et en collaboration avec le chargé de projet Autochtone, et en collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe, l’agent.e de projet autochtone s’assure de la mise en oeuvre, du bon déroulement et du suivi logistiques et opérationnels des projets terrain du pôle Autochtone, notamment les projets issus du programme Trickster.

L’agent.e de projet Autochtone a pour mandat principal de contribuer, sous la supervision et en collaboration avec le chargé de projet Autochtone, à la planification, au déploiement et au suivi des activités du pôle Autochtone, incluant le programme Trickster, ainsi qu’un ensemble de projets spéciaux associés à des partenariats et/ou aux programmes idAction ou encore Métissages Urbains. L’agent.e de projet Autochtone peut également être appelé.e à agir comme coordonnateur terrain dans le cadre des activités du pôle directement lors des projets déployés en communautés Autochtones essentiellement au Québec.
