Présentation de l’organisme

Exeko est un organisme d’innovation sociale basé à Montréal depuis 2006. Nous utilisons la créativité intellectuelle et artistique au service d’une transformation sociale inclusive et émancipatrice. Notre approche reconnaît avant tout le potentiel de chacun  et chacune à réfléchir, analyser, agir, créer et être partie prenante de la société, quels que soient sa situation ou son parcours : nous présumons l’égalité des intelligences.

Nous employons à la fois des approches pratiques de médiation intellectuelle et culturelle et des approches systémiques inspirées de l’innovation sociale, comme moteurs de transformation sociale, afin d’agir positivement sur la société, individuellement et collectivement : émancipation intellectuelle, prévention de l'exclusion (itinérance, crime, suicide, toxicomanie), participation citoyenne et culturelle, inter-reconnaissance, renforcement identitaire, persévérance scolaire, etc.

Activité principale du poste

Sous la supervision de l’équipe de direction, et en étroite collaboration avec cette dernière, le/la chargé.e des communications a pour mandat de superviser et coordonner les communications internes et externes de l’organisme, participer à la définition des stratégies et politiques qui les régissent et appliquer ces stratégies de communication et de promotion aux différentes activités de l’organisme. Il/Elle coordonne les événements associés et mobilise les communautés autour de l’organisation (médias, partenaires, sympathisants et autres organisations).

Il/Elle s’assure également de suivre les stratégies de collecte de fonds et de promotion de services professionnels mises en place en collaboration avec le pôle partenariat et de les déployer.

Le/la chargé.e des communications est soutenu.e. à plein temps par un agent aux communications.
