Première formation des bénévoles

Lundi 25 mars 2013, 17h15, derniers préparatifs, petites assiettes de crudités placées, power point branché, documents imprimés, fléchage apposé... Tandis que l'équipe d'Exeko s'active à finaliser l'installation, Déogratias et Lili pousse la porte de la salle des Ateliers Créatifs, où s'apprête à se donner la première formation des bénévoles de l'histoire d'Exeko!
 
17h20, qu'ils sont ponctuels! Sébastien, Sonia, Carine et Zoé, font à leur tour leur entrée, suivis de Mélanie et Maxime! Fidèlesà leur générosité spontanée, ils s'emparent des nappes de papier, aggraphent le tout, déplacent les dernières chaises, sous mes yeux ébahis!

17H29, tout le monde est en place! La formation peut commencer! Avant toute chose, chacun se munit d'une cocarde sur laquelle il inscrit 3 mots qui le définissent.  
 
Je suis marquée par la récurrence de certains termes tels que "ouverture", "curiosité", ou "créativité"!
 
Quand anthropologue et futur policier se rencontrent aux formations d'Exeko (c) Claire Lattier   la créativité sur les nappes de papier!
 
Un tour de table permet aux 21 convives présents ce soir la de se présenter... et de constater la diversité de leurs profils! Benjamin, conseiller en emploi se retrouve entre Maxime, étudiant en techniques policières, et Ricardo, anthropologue. Deogratias, Tanzanien, voisine Emma, Belge, et Sonia, Française. Je suis fascinée. Je connais chaque personne autour de cette table, et pourtant, la mosaïque humaine qui s'étend ce soir révèle soudainement une telle richesse, et une si belle complémentarité que je ne peux m'empêcher de comparer tout haut l'équipe à une belle ruche pleine d'abeilles, qui oeuvrent côte à côte pour faire du bon miel! Je suis heureuse que chacun  puisse connaitre toutes ces perles que j'ai découvert il y a 6 mois pour certains, 6 jours pour d'autres.
