PRÉSENTATION DE L’ORGANISME

Exeko est un organisme d’innovation sociale, basé à Montréal depuis 2006. Nous utilisons la créativité – l'art et la philosophie – pour l'inclusion sociale des personnes en situation ou à risque d’exclusion. Notre approche reconnaît avant tout le potentiel de chacun à réfléchir, analyser, agir, créer et être partie prenante de la société, quels que soient sa situation ou son parcours : nous présumons l’égalité des intelligences.

Nous utilisons une approche fondée sur la médiation intellectuelle et culturelle. Cette démarche consiste à créer des espaces égalitaires de réflexion collective à travers l’organisation d’ateliers critiques (analyse, philosophie), créatifs (arts visuels, sonores et numériques) ainsi que des sorties culturelles avec nos participants.

Dans chacune de nos actions, nous employons la médiation comme outil de transformation sociale. Cela permet d’agir positivement sur la société, individuellement et collectivement : émancipation intellectuelle, prévention de l'exclusion (itinérance, crime, suicide, toxicomanie), participation citoyenne et culturelle, inter-reconnaissance, renforcement identitaire, persévérance scolaire, etc

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

Sous la supervision de et en collaboration avec les chargé(e)s de projet, et en collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe, la personne en charge de la coordination logistique s’assure de la mise en oeuvre, du bon déroulement et du suivi logistiques et opérationnels des projets terrain, notamment idAction, idAction Mobile, Biblio Libre, Métissages Urbains et Culture partagée.
