Présentation d'Exeko

Exeko est un organisme de bienfaisance, basé à Montréal depuis 2006, dont la mission est de favoriser, par l'innovation et la créativité, l’inclusion et l’émancipation des populations les plus marginalisées. Portés par la présomption d’égalité des intelligences, nous employons, en complémentarité des ressources existantes, la médiation culturelle et intellectuelle comme moteur de transformation sociale et vecteur de participation citoyenne et culturelle, persévérance scolaire, renforcement identitaire, inter reconnaissance et prévention de l'exclusion (itinérance, crime, suicide, toxicomanie).

 

 

Contexte

Sous la supervision de l’équipe de direction de l’organisation et en collaboration avec ces derniers, l’agent de projet aura pour mandat de participer à la gestion quotidienne des projets, à leurs suivis et à leur évaluation. 

Mandat 1 – Gestion quotidienne des projets  - Participer à la gestion des projets en cours de l’organisation;  - Collaborer à la réalisation des documents et outils intervenant dans la gestion quotidienne des projets : dossiers de présentation, échéanciers, budgets, communiqués etc.  - Participer aux réunions de projet  - Prendre part aux communications avec les partenaires et collaborateurs de l’organisation  - Participer à la réalisation des projets en cours (événements, expositions, etc.)  - Seconder la direction dans certains projets  - Accomplir toute autre tâche connexe 

Mandat 2 – Assistanat à la recherche et évaluation  - Apporter un soutien direct aux chargés de projet et la direction dans leurs tâches d’évaluation des programmes et projets (collecte de données, recherches, rédaction, etc.)  - Communiquer avec les organismes partenaires et participants aux projets  - Participer à la gestion de la documentation sur le serveur de l’organisme  - Aider à la préparation des propositions et rapports aux organismes subventionnaires, aux commanditaires, aux donateurs et autres partenaires  - Compiler les données des projets et programmes  - Accomplir toute autre tâche connexe
