Des livres au café Mission Old Brewery

Pour bien cloturer 2013, idAction Mobile a ouvert, mi décembre, sa neuvième bibliotheque relais, prenant ses quartiers sur les étagères du café Mission Old Brewery.

Ce jour la, le café déborde de visiteurs. Toutes les tables sont occupées. Nous nous frayons un passage parmi les tables, toutes occupées, les bras chargés de caisses de livres. "C'est de la nourriture?" demande l'un des gars. "De la nourriture pour l'esprit", lui répond-t-on, tout sourire. L'homme passe son chemin : "ah bon, tant pis." Il fait quelques pas, se ravise, nous interpelle : "HEIN? de la bouffe pour l'esprit? Qu'est ce que vous voulez dire?" Une fois le projet expliqué, l'homme embarque sur nos talons, tout heureux.

Les livres prennent place sur les étagères. Un homme s'enquiert du projet et émet la proposition de lui même prendre en charge le roulement des livres, de sorte à s'assurer du retour des ouvrages une fois ces derniers lus.

Un second vient nous offrir, en guise de remerciement, des bracelets qu'il a lui même créés... Déjà les premiers emprunts...

Cela fait maintenant quelques semaines que la bibliothèque est en place. Les réactions qui en émanent sont très positives: "La bibliothèque se passe très bien ici, j'y accordais justement une attention très spéciale aujourd'hui...  Je les classais par section, afin que les participants puissent s'en servir plus aisément.  Le triage facilite beaucoup la lecture, et il reste beaucoup de stocks.  Les gens ont tendance à les ramener, et surtout si la bibliothèque est bien triée, rangée, propre etc.  Je m'y affaire, avec l'aide d'un ou deux participants...", nous explique Rémy, intervenant au café Mission.
