Sumqui et Jonathan Labbé: retrouvailles sur les chapeaux de roues !

Après quelques semaines d'absence, le tandem Sumqui / Jonathan revient plus en forme que jamais. 3 rencontres en 3 semaines auront soudé bien plus encore ce duo déjà très complice. Cinéma, culture pop, cigare cubain, films des 50's...leurs rencontres sont toujours orchestrées par de folles discussions, influencées tant par l'amour de Jonathan pour la culture américaine du milieu des 1900's que par l'appréciation des arts de Sumqui.

Les artistes ont continué à travailler en 3D, utilisant la matière et les pratiques de Sumqui, des valises "old school" customisées dans le plus pur style des affections de Jonathan, inspirées des bars des années 50 ou du Pop art.

Chacun va d'abord travailler sur les valises de l'autre pour finalement ne garder qu'un exemplaire à la fin de la 3ème rencontre.

Les tribulations de Sumqui et Jonathan? Une performance de médiation aussi riche pour les artistes que pour les médiateurs présents!

Le CTREQ, dans le cadre du Fonds pour la persévérance scolaire des jeunes autochtones soutient idAction et Trickster en permettant, dès les prochains mois, l’ouverture de groupes dans les communautés de Kanesatake,  Lac Simon, Listuguj et Nutashkuan.

L’ŒUVRE LÉGER, pour la dignité humaine au Québec et dans le monde, soutient idAction Mobile pour les 12 prochains mois.
 
 
L’ŒUVRE LÉGER finance des organismes communautaires dont les actions touchent les familles en difficulté, les jeunes de la rue et les aînés, et soutient dans le monde des partenaires répartis en Amérique latine, en Afrique et en Asie dont les actions se situent dans trois grands domaines: le développement agricole solidaire, le développement économique solidaire et la protection des enfants et des jeunes.

Qu'à cela ne tienne! C'est en nature que l'équipe d'idAction ira se dégourdir les neurones cette prochaine fin de semaine.
Les 9 et 10 mars, Alexandra Pronovost et Youssef Shoufan, Chargée de projet et médiateur idAction, embarqueront pour le parc du Mont-Tremblant avec les jeunes de la Maison Tangente pour une fin de semaine de raisonnement critique et d’action citoyenne hors de la ville.
Ateliers interactifs, débats, discussions, mise en oeuvre d’actions citoyennes et solidaires seront l'occasion d'observer, d'analyser et de réfléchir sur notre société. 
Air pur et nuit en refuge permettront à chacun de mettre à profit leur force créatrice, un vrai retour aux sources!
 
 
 
Nous vous partagerons très bientôt les idées et créations qui seront produites par les participants à l'issue de cette fin de semaine.
