Financement du FRIJ

Le Forum Jeunesse de l'ile de Montréal et de la Conférence Régionale des Élus (CRÉ) dans le cadre du Fond Régionale d'Investissement Jeunesse (FRIJ) nous accordent une aide financière pour le développement du programme d'éducation populaire, Art, Cutlure et Société.
 
La participation financière du Forum Jeunesse de l'Ile de Montréal s'inscrit dans le plan de développement du programme pour les années à venir et permettra notamment à Exeko de rédiger et de publier le guide pédagogique du programme, ainsi que des fascicules de stratégie d'enseignement.

Locomotion devient distributeur de The Memory Box

Locomotion has acquired the international distribution rights for The Memory Box, a “behind the scenes” documentary film on humanitarian projects in Ethiopia produced by Exeko and directed by Stephen Auerbach and Wayne Schoenfeld. The film’s USA premiere will be to an invitation only audience in Beverly Hills on September 20th.

Art, Culture et Société maintenant disponible sous forme de séminaire

Exeko lance Art, Culture et Société, son programme d'enseignement en milieu carcéral sous forme de séminaire.
Art, Culture et Société a été créé par Exeko en 2005 et se donne en milieu carcéral depuis septembre 2006. Ce programme multidisciplinaire vise, par la vulgarisation sommaire de la philosophie, de la sociologie et des arts actuels, à développer la culture générale et l’esprit critique, en plus de recréer un lien de confiance et de compréhension entre des personnes souvent marginalisées et la société, tout particulièrement les personnes à faible niveau d’éducation.
 
Jusqu'alors exclusivement offert sous forme de cours hebdomadaires sur une 1/2 session ou une session complète, Art, Cutlure et Société est desormais disponible sous forme de séminaire de 2 ou 3 jours, et d'ateliers d'une journée ou de 1/2 journée.
