Comme quoi le n’importe quoi peut parfois être libérateur...

Bourses Art, philo et communautés: Improvisation Libre, les premiers pas d'un projet.

 

Entretien avec Annick Davignon et Joëlle Sarrailh, étudiantes à l’Université Laval en philosophie pour enfant et à l’Université de Montréal en théâtre, récipiendaires de la bourse CSQ en Art, philo et communautés, suite à leur premier atelier à l'école secondaire d'Anjou.

 

Improvisation libre, le titre mais aussi le fil conducteur d'une série de présences au sein d'un groupe de jeunes de 12 à 20 ans avec troubles du spectre autistique TSA dans le cadre de leur projet qui leur a mérité l’une des premières Bourses Art, philo et communautés.

Improvisation libre, c’est un premier contact positif, chaleureux pour les boursières et pour les jeunes. Un espace d’ouverture sur tous le fronts; professeurs, élèves et intervenants et boursières, tous et toutes y ont pris plaisir. Les boursières, après avoir expliqué le déroulement des ateliers, ont plongé directement dans un premier jeu de découverte de soi et de l’autre. Les jeux ont été accueillis avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme d’autant plus qu’ils sortaient définitivement du cadre scolaire traditionnel. Pour la deuxième heure d’atelier, on enchaîne avec une activité créative autour de l’identité et comment savoir si l’on connaît bien l’autre. Suivi d’un collage individuel pour que chacun puisse se présenter à travers celui-ci :

 

“ Nous avons terminé avec une présentation des différents dessins, ils ont presque tous présenté devant le reste du groupe. Tous les participants écoutaient attentivement ce que leurs collègues avaient à dire. [...] Un des constats est qu’il a fallu vraiment encourager les jeunes à faire ressortir leur unicité, ils avaient tendance à suivre soit le modèle donné soit ce que les autres jeunes proposaient. Dans les jeux d’improvisation, nous avons vu qu’ils étaient justement fiers quand ils proposaient quelque chose de différent des autres ”

 

Le bilan de fin d’atelier a mis en lumière beaucoup de fierté chez les jeunes, des moments fort et des moments drôles. Contents d’avoir tout essayé au moins une fois, s’encourageant les uns et les autres, et heureux d’avoir vécu quelque chose de différent, les jeunes sont perspicaces et il en ressort des informations précieuses pour les boursières:

 

    “ Un jeune a dit à un certain moment “ C’est du grand n’importe quoi ”, mais tout en continuant l’activité et en y prenant plein de plaisir. Comme quoi le n’importe quoi peut parfois être libérateur…”

 

Un bilan motivant pour ce premier atelier, les boursières retiennent la réceptivité des participants, étant la différence au sein du groupe, jamais elles ne se sont senties à part, exclues, ou jugées. Le respect, l’authenticité, la participation et surtout l’accueil chaleureux des membres du projet teintent cette première expérience.

 

Un beau lien se tisse déjà avec plusieurs participants et cette complicité ne pourra que grandir. Reste à suivre cette belle aventure !
