Conseil d’administration 2013-15
 
 
Au terme de 6 ans d’existence, l’organisme Exeko, dont la mission est de favoriser par l’innovation, en culture et en éducation, le développement et l’inclusion des populations les plus marginalisées, vit une belle période de croissance.
 
Les grandes orientations du plan stratégique en cours comprennent la consolidation des acquis, le renforcement du rôle et du positionnement de l’innovation de l’organisme, et la planification du transfert d’expertise à l’échelle pan-canadienne. Ces orientations constitueront les principaux axes de travail du CA pour les prochaines années.
  
Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche de deux nouveaux administrateurs allumés et  dévoués voulant contribuer de façon significative à la mise en œuvre de ce plan.
 
Conditions du mandat
 
·         Durée de 2 ans
·         4 rencontres par année + participation à des séances extraordinaires et/ou comités
·         Rencontres en français
 
Intérêts et expertises recherchés
 
·         Planification stratégique
·         Changement d’échelle
·         Collecte de fonds et développement de partenariats financiers privé et public
·         Recherche, développement et innovation
·         Transfert de connaissances et expertises
·         Connaissance des enjeux et politiques liés à la persévérance scolaire, à l’employabilité, à la participation culturelle et citoyenne, et/ou à la prévention (criminalité, itinérance, suicide, toxicomanie, violence)
·         Connaissance des milieux de la culture et de l’économie créative, de la recherche et de l’économie du savoir, et du secteur social (économie et entreprenariat social, paragouvernemental) : autochtone, communautaire, jeunesse, etc.
 
 
Profils recherchés
 
·         Personne active dans le milieu des affaires et/ou de la philanthropie avec expérience en collecte de fonds
·         Personne œuvrant dans la sphère de l’innovation sociale avec expérience en recherche et développement
·         Personne ayant des expériences à titre d’administrateurs d’OBNL
