PRÉSENTATION DE L’ORGANISME

Exeko est un organisme d’innovation sociale, basé à Montréal depuis 2006. Nous utilisons la créativité – l'art et la philosophie –pour l'inclusion sociale des personnes en situation ou à risque d’exclusion. Notre approche reconnaît avant tout le potentiel de chacun à réfléchir, analyser, agir, créer et être partie prenante de la société, quels que soient sa situation ou son parcours : nous présumons l’égalité des intelligences. 

Nous employons à la fois des approches pratiques de médiation intellectuelle et culturelle, et des approches systémiques inspirées de l’innovation sociale, comme moteurs de transformation sociale, afin d’agir positivement sur la société, individuellement et collectivement : émancipation intellectuelle, prévention de l'exclusion (itinérance, crime, suicide, toxicomanie), participation citoyenne et culturelle, inter-reconnaissance, renforcement identitaire, persévérance scolaire, etc.

CONTEXTE

Au terme de 10 années d’activités, Exeko (exeko.org) bénéficie du soutien d’une variété de partenaires financiers publics et privés majoritairement associés à ses différents pôles d’activités, programmes et projets et ce, dans plusieurs secteurs: innovation, jeunesse, autochtone, itinérance, culture, etc. L’organisme vit une période de croissance et entreprend un changement d’échelle, soit autant de défis qui ne peuvent être relevés sans nos partenaires actuels et nouveaux partenaires. Il est crucial de pouvoir de consolider et renouveler nos partenariats actuels, établir des ententes pluriannuelles, renforcer le positionnement et les propositions de l’organisme, ainsi que d’engager des nouveaux partenaires.

 

ACTIVITÉ PRINCIPALE DU POSTE

Sous la supervision de l’équipe de direction, et en étroite collaboration avec cette dernière de même qu’avec l’équipe du pôle partenariat et les chargé.e.s de projet, l’administration et les communications, le ou la chargé.e des partenariats a pour objectif principal de participer au développement des stratégies de partenariat et financement, au positionnement de l’organisme, et surtout de coordonner la gestion des partenariats financiers  de l’organisation et de ses projets. Ses mandats comprennent la mise en oeuvre des stratégies partenariat/financement, la veille, l’identification et l’analyse d’opportunités, la production de demandes de fonds et le suivi des ententes.

Son rôle est transversal en ce sens que les besoins et enjeux auxquels il ou elle répond, en lien étroit avec la direction générale, peuvent toucher directement toutes les activités de l’organisation, avant, pendant et après le déploiement de celles ci. Il ou elle a l’opportunité de collaborer avec toutes les équipes au sein de l’organisation, de participer à l’analyse d’une grande diversité d’enjeux, de désigner des solutions et des propositions en conséquence, développer les argumentaires, ou encore de travailler quotidiennement avec une grande diversité de partenaires et parties prenantes.
