Échanges et partage d'expériences au Congrès National annuel d'Ingénieurs Sans Frontières

Connecter, co-créer et agir, 3 mots sur lesquels Exeko a été invité à participer au Congrès national annuel d'Ingénieurs Sans Frontières (ISF) Canada du 16 au 18 janvier à Montréal.

Durant 4 jours, 700 membres du réseau ISF/EWB (étudiants, professionnels, acteurs du changement) se réunissent pour explorer de nouvelles formes de collaboration entre organismes, partenaires et acteurs locaux et innover pour engendrer un changement systémique durable pour et avec les communautés.

Pour son approche innovante autant dans les pratiques mises en œuvre à travers les programmes que dans les relations développées avec les partenaires et collaborateurs, Exeko aura à cœur de rencontrer leaders et innovateurs et réfléchir avec eux sur des notions telles que l'inclusion, le changement d'échelle ou l'intersectorialité dans l'idéation et la réalisation de projets.

Aujourd'hui, jeudi:

William et Daniel, médiateurs et membres du comité de recherche en médiation intellectuelle (CRMI) co-animent un atelier de formation avec Suzanne Fish de ISF/EWB auprès d'étudiants et futurs ingénieurs. Au programme: des conversations ouvertes ponctuées de mises en scène sous le drapeau du Théâtre de l'opprimé pour aborder l'anti-racisme et l'anti-oppression. 

Des situations réelles théâtralisées ont permis au groupe d'identifier les facteurs, les positionnements individuels, culturels et systémique de l'oppression et du pouvoir ainsi que la posture possible face à des situations telles.

 

Samedi:

Lors du souper, Émilie, directrice du développement et des projets spéciaux, mettra à contribution les participants au Congrès afin de réfléchir au développement et déploiement à travers le Canada de projets inclusifs favorisant l'émancipation et la participation intellectuelle et culturelle combinant bibliothèques citoyennes, soins de la vue, lunettes et ateliers réflexifs et créatifs. L'occasion de partager la diversité des approches de collaboration et la mise en œuvre de projets.

Dimanche:

Nadia Duguay, cofondatrice et co-directrice, profitera de la rencontre entre Exeko et d'Ingénieurs Sans Frontières pour ouvrir une réflexion sur les enjeux liés à la mise en place d'espaces et de projets inclusifs, débat qui sera nourrit par l'expertise de chacun des deux organismes et l'échange des participants au Congrès.
